The Vero Beach Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for payments made through our website.
Membership Dues
Membership dues are generally non-refundable, as membership benefits and services begin upon payment. In limited circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Chamber’s discretion.
Donations
Donations made to the Chamber are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations support Chamber programs, events, and community initiatives.
Event Fees (If Applicable)
For events that require paid registration, refund or cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of registration. If no specific terms are listed, event fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Chamber.
Payment Errors
If you believe a payment was submitted in error or duplicated, please contact the Chamber as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.
